Our origin
Our founder has spent over a decade educating people in financial services and leadership — helping them grow into better individuals, not just better professionals. And along the way, he kept noticing the same pattern repeat: smart, capable people who never quite reached the success they were built for.
It was rarely talent or effort holding them back. It was the missing piece in between — no simple framework to follow, no duplicatable system they could apply and pass on to the people who followed them. So he built one.
